About 4 to 5 months before the event, we’ll review your plans, read vendor contracts, walk through the venue, and fine-tune every detail to ensure your event is set up for success.

We confirm all logistics with your vendors, create a comprehensive event timeline, and ensure everyone knows where to be and when—so things run smoothly on the big day.

We’ll manage your rehearsal and provide 12 hours day-of coverage, with a two coordinators—overseeing setup, managing the timeline, and troubleshooting any issues so you can focus on enjoying your event.
Starting about 10 months before the wedding day: Ideal for clients who have started planning but want expert support to refine, guide, and complete the vision.

You bring the ideas—we help shape them into a cohesive plan. We assist with design layout suggestions, timeline strategy, and logistical flow to ensure everything works together seamlessly.

We’ll meet regularly throughout the process and remain available for questions and feedback. With our collaborative timeline, you’ll feel organized and supported every step of the way.

This includes speaking with all your vendors and creating a carefully thought out day of timeline.

This would include meeting at the venue, review venue policies and contract, as well as some advising while at venue.

This includes extra hands to help with decorating or packing up on wedding day. (at least four consecutive hours at a minimum. )
